Subject Matter

We will be discussing how consent must be a feature of our Rule of Law. Examining how consent is achieved in the genuine constitution and consent is supposedly 'achieved' in the 'fake' constitution.

We will also run through briefly the main implications of the Leveson Review proposals and how it effects justice in the courts and some of the more subtle effects.
