Online 3-evening Course: Understanding a Legitimate Constitution - 13th-15th October 2025
Monday October 13th, 7-9 pm: The Mark of Legitimacy: The Natural Law Tribunal of Trial by Jury
Tuesday October 14th, 7-9 pm: The Mechanics of the Constitution and the Role of Head of State
Wednesday October 15th, 7-9 pm: Authentic Constitutional Law: Summary, Overview and Action

Join Will for three evenings. We will be diving deeply into the above aspects of the Constitution and Rule of Law. See below for a breakdown and summary of the above three parts. This will include some history, philosophy, logical thinking and spirituality.
Unlike last time, separate single evenings will not be available for purchase - only as a set. This is because they all compliment each other.
Resources will be provided for the course with a suggested reading list.

1. The Mark of Legitimacy: The Natural Law Tribunal of Trial by Jury

2. The Mechanics of the Constitution and the Head of State
- The role of the Head of State in a legitimate constitution
- Kingship versus President: Monarchy or Republic
- Head of State under the law: the Saxon Kings
- The Runnymede event of 1215, Stephen Langton and the Barons of Magna Carta
- The detrimental effect of the Glorious Revolution on the Constitution
- The replacement Parliamentary ‘rule of law’.
- The gaslight of the three branches of government
3. Authentic Constitutional Law: Summary, Overview and Action
- A summary of how a legitimate constitution functions
- Summary of the concept of the jury
- Summary and references for Jury Independence or Jury Equity
- Self governance
- Individual Rights and Equity
- Individualism and Collectivism: two opposing ideologies
- The nature of true liberty based on Natural Justice

- How to argue for the genuine Rule of Law
